Phone Lite: Up to 20 calls/month during business hours - €50/month
Phone Pro: Up to 100 calls/month with extended hours (until 19:00) - €150/month
Phone Enterprise: Unlimited calls during extended business hours (until 20:00), and a dedicated phone line - €400/month

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. We operate on a month-to-month basis with no long-term commitment required. However, to avoid being billed for the next month, make sure to cancel at least 14 days before your billing date.

There are no hidden fees! Your monthly payment covers your plan’s features. However, there may be additional costs for:
Extra WhatsApp messages beyond the included monthly limit - €50 per 100 extra messages.
Phone support (if added as an add-on)
Extra time support over the time listed on the subscription - €15 extra per hour

Yes, for all our service excluding phone service, we support Dutch and English by default. French or Spanish will be charge an extra €35 monthly.
For phone support for now, we only support English and French by default.
